About Solutari

Solutari is a real estate search and interaction tool intended to help agents and invited clients organize search criteria, listings, updates, and next actions.

Solutari does not conduct real estate closings, hold transaction funds, prepare closing documents, provide title services, or replace the licensed professionals and service providers involved in a real estate transaction.

Private pilot access

The service is currently being prepared for a controlled private pilot. Access may be limited to invited participants and may be paused, changed, or ended as needed for testing, security, support, or operational reasons.

Public signup and open client intake are not currently available.

Account and search use

If you are invited to use Solutari, you are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably needed for your search and for protecting access to your account or secure link.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, scrape restricted areas, bypass access controls, or use Solutari for unlawful activity.

Listings and search information

Listing information may come from agents, owners, management companies, authorized feeds, permitted sources, or other contributors. Availability, price, fees, features, and other listing details can change.

Solutari is designed to help surface and organize search information, but users should independently confirm material listing details before relying on them for a decision.

Fair Housing and lawful use

Solutari must be used in compliance with applicable Fair Housing requirements and other federal, state, and local laws. The service may not be used to facilitate unlawful discrimination, steering, exclusion, or other prohibited conduct.

Messaging

SMS, if enabled during the pilot, is optional and requires explicit consent. Service-related messages may include verification codes, listing or search alerts, and account or service notices.

Message frequency may vary based on search activity and user-selected alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing a product or service, and portal access remains available without SMS.

Intellectual property

Solutari and its site design, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Solutari technology or branding to users.

Service availability

The private pilot may change as the product is tested and improved. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing or update will always be available.

Third-party services

Solutari may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, authentication, monitoring, and related infrastructure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and availability.

Privacy

Use of Solutari is also subject to the Privacy notice, which explains how information may be collected, used, retained, and shared.

Ending access

Access to an active search is not indefinite. An agent or client may end participation in a search through the available service process, and Solutari may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the pilot and service evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
