Privacy at Solutari

Information we may collect

During the private pilot, Solutari may collect limited account, search, communication, and usage information needed to operate the service. This can include contact details supplied for an invited account, search criteria, listing interactions, alert preferences, and technical information used for security and reliability.

We aim to minimize personal information and avoid unnecessary client identity exposure.

How we use information

We may use information to operate the search experience, maintain account access, deliver requested service communications, support users, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve product performance.

Interaction and market information may also be converted into de-identified or aggregated data for lawful operations, trend analysis, analytics, product improvement, and market intelligence.

Messaging

SMS, if offered during the pilot, is optional and requires explicit consent. Service-related messages may include verification codes, listing or search alerts, and account or service notices. Portal access remains available without SMS.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Solutari may use third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, email, SMS, monitoring, and infrastructure. Providers should receive only the information reasonably needed to perform the approved function.

Data retention and access

Client access is not intended to continue indefinitely. Identifiable information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the search, provide support, maintain security, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve operational issues.

De-identified or aggregated information may be retained for analytics, trends, product development, and market intelligence where lawful.

Solutari is a search and interaction tool. It is not a closing, transaction-management, or real-estate-record retention system.

Real estate and Fair Housing

Solutari is intended to support lawful real estate search activity. Users and contributors remain responsible for complying with applicable Fair Housing requirements and other federal, state, and local laws.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Where applicable, users may update search preferences, change alert settings, stop optional SMS messages, or end access to an active search through the available service controls or support process.
